"The representatives had been practicing for the annual Congressional Baseball Game for Charity. James Hodgkinson, a 66-year-old man, asked a passing congressman—South Carolina’s Jeff Duncan—whether Republicans or Democrats were on the field practicing. Once he received confirmation that the Republican representatives were the ones playing ball, Hodgkinson fired off 60 rounds into the unsuspecting elected officials."
Yeah, Jeff Duncan is a credible source. that's too funny:

Jiffy Duncan is a Birther - Sad
Naturally in light of all these swirling scandals, some Republicans want to bring the debate back to … birtherism?
Wait … birtherism?
That’s right … the issue which was literally laughed off of the stage during the 2012 election is once again making headlines, courtesy of U.S. Rep. Jeff Duncan (R-S.C.).
During a radio interview with host Rick Wiles of TruNews, Duncan was asked whether he would support an investigation into Obama’s “phony identification papers,” referring to this as the president’s “original scandal.”
Duncan initially fought off the question, but Wiles wouldn’t let up.
“If we know they’re lying about all these other things, why not go back and say, ‘well maybe the first scandal was a lie, too?'” he said.
That’s when Duncan took the bait …
“There you go. I’m all with you,” he said. “Let’s go back and revisit some of these things because Americans have questions about not only the IRS scandal but also about the president’s validity.”
Yikes …
