Folks who refuse to believe there is any problem with the vaccines simply reject that information, often by saying it's untrustworthy because it is "self-reported". The bottom line here is that the vaccine issue has become one more version of tribalism in our world and those who regularly post anecdotes like this one are showing themselves to be ghouls. The truth about the vaccines is they cause serious, sometimes fatal side effects, and they happen enough to give rational people pause with the idea of taking that job and rolling the dice.

Most people won't get the virus and of those who DO contract it, only about 4-5% require hospitalization and of THOSE, fewer than 2% die. Those are the facts and the mortality rate hasn't changed since this virus was first identified. The same demographics are being reflected today as was the case in 2020. The elderly, the obese, the sick, and infirm, are the primary group that makes up the fatalities. Yes...ANY person who contracts it might die but young, healthy people rarely succumb to this scourge.

Indeed. Surprisingly, the CDC documents a relatively large study result on its website that 6% to 7% of hospitalized covid cases (many patients having influenza and covid simultaneously) died strictly from Covid-19, while 93% to 94% died due to having more than 2 high risk comorbidities.

The odds of death are measuring less than 2%, some studies showing closer to 1% of all cases. Keep in mind at least 93% to 94% that survive hospitalization (it’s arguable that many covid patients have died due to incorrect usage of ventilators -studies show-causing death when their lungs needed aspiration not forced lung inactivity when placing tube) hospitalization.

I no longer subscribe to the theory that all people over 85 should just go ahead and get the vaccine because elderly is considered a high risk group.Studies are now showing that the short term affects of these avalanche vaccines in an elderly person is not going to remain in the system for very long and their capability to develop long-term memory (that happens with younger people) with B cells and T cells. Of course, the government will continue to fear ALL elderly into accepting a jab. I am not referencing high-risk groups here, strictly healthy people.

My post does not refer to anyone in a high-risk group group. After all this is an individual decision, but the vax is outdated and researchers know it.

Education and implementation of known home health care measures (tier 2 of planned pandemic response) totally ignored by the select government heads that met with select drug companies behind closed doors to determine companies that had never produced vaccines before to do so in a rushed fashion. This self-focused decision created a nightmare because the public was told to not buy N95 masks so healthcare workers could have them since hospitals didn’t have enough PPE in stock. The whole truth was the vaccine development needed more time so they told the public to stay home to buy time. If that isn’t unscrupulous I don’t know what qualifies.

Oh, and no worries for anyone who suffers from the fear of poison ivy! They will soon have a vaccine for that very thing! Continuous, non-stop vaccines are on the horizon. The drug companies observed the herd reaction of the masses rushing to get vaccinated, so it’s a sure thing that there will be a vaccine coming out (a huge profit maker for Big Pharma), for every condition known to man.
