I’m an Irish American who strongly believes in an independent and united Ireland. I don’t want any taxpayer dollars going toward that cause though . And there are far more Irish Americans compared to Jewish Americans. So why isn’t there a strong Irish American lobby in the USA. That said Individual Americans should be allowed to support Israel, an independent Ireland, or Palestine if they want. The US government backed away during the Spanish Civil War and allowed individual Americans to support either side. And we should consider that today with regards to the Russia Ukraine war and the war in Palestine. The differences the war in Palestine is utterly one-sided. Palestinians have no conventional military. They are pretty a high school baseball team going up against the New York Yankees.

Israel has tried to gain military independence when they created their own military jet program in the 1980s only to be crushed by the American industrial complex. Again critical points that quite a few support us Israel in America are completely unaware. Just like they’ve never heard of Zionist “terrorism” prior to 1948. Alot of Jews and Arabs our cousins with their Semitic nature. They look similar. They have a similar religious diet with regards to pork. They both look at the old Testament.

European Jews obviously have cultural differences. When you compare European Jews to say Arab Jews. Just like when you compare a Persian Muslim to an Arab Muslim there are obvious cultural differences.
