After threatening to strike, grocery workers in Southern California have ratified a new contract with Kroger and Albertsons.

Workers won a $4.25 raise over 3 years. The companies had originally offered just $1.80.

 
LOL....$26.75 a hour for re-stocking shelves......And peeps wonder why inflation is like it it.

lower-paid deli workers and shelf stockers, will get a $5.25 boost over three years, raising their wages to $22.27.
