What's so great about this ? Is this Assistant USAID Administrator job even needed? What tasks is this assistant charged with, and who was doing it before this broad was appointed or confirmed?

Could this be one of the legion of pointless positions that President Trump left vacant as the work either didn't need done, or could easily be done by someone already on the payroll?
