Utter insanity. It took a Senator to keep the Biden Regime from deporting a German family who immigrated here LEGALLY. Meanwhile 10,000 unknown illegals come pouring in everyday from who knows where.

They were given asylum because they couldn't homeschool their kids in Germany? Wtf?

Need more info.

“As millions of illegal immigrants flood across our southern border and disappear into our country, your immigration authorities have chosen to punish a family who has built their lives in Tennessee within the legal parameters of our immigration system,” Sen. Marsha Blackburn (R-Tennessee) wrote this week in a letter to DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas.

The German government would not allow them to home school their kids.
So, they sought asylum in America.
At first, they were allowed, but now their asylum has been ejected.

So they were granted "deferred" asylum because of home schooling? Are their kids still being home schooled 15 years later? If not, why couldn't they return to their home country? Were they being treated differently than other asylum seekers?

I don't know.
But if they had sneaked in from south of the border, they would not be facing deportation.
