Sec State Marco Rubio to Reporter: You know who else I'll never tell? A judge

Marburry vs. Madison is not in the Constitution and it doesn't say anything about judges instructing the president.

Marbury v. Madison, a landmark 1803 US Supreme Court case, established the principle of judicial review, granting the Court the power to strike down laws or executive actions deemed unconstitutional. This decision, primarily written by Chief Justice John Marshall, solidified the Supreme Court's role as the ultimate interpreter of the Constitution

The Supreme Court has no jurisdiction on Constitutional rights?
They have no jurisdiction on foreign policy. Mr. Abrego Garcia an El Salvadoran citizen in El Salvador. El Salvadoran courts have jurisdiction on whatever rights their citizens have.

Do you believe the U.S. Secretary of State commits a crime by refusing to tell a judge what the President of the U.S. talked to the President of El Salvador about?

Not executive actions.

Even if that was included, that's still not the Constitution, that is the court granting itself power not enumerated.

If Trump violates the Constitution to ship migrants to foreign prisons without due process, they do have jurisdiction.

Trump himself admitted that he could get Garcia back but chooses not to

Marbury vs Madison is the law of the land
Don’t like it, change it.

No once they're out of the country.
Trump himself admitted that he could get Garcia back but chooses not to
Of course he could. Has any court ordered him to get Garcia back?

Yep. The lower court judge was stupid enough to do that, but the Supremes said nope.

That's why Trump should not even take notice of lower courts. The country cannot be run by a committee of 800 judges.

The Supreme Court ordered Trump to facilitate his return.

Trump can no longer claim it is out of his hands

The Supreme Court ordered Trump to facilitate his return.
Yes, if El Salvador sends their citizen to the united states, Trump is ordered to facilitate that.

The USSC struck down the order to "effectuate" such a "return." You are very selective in when you want the USSC obeyed.
Trump can no longer claim it is out of his hands
When did he ever? He just said he could bring him back.

In answer to a question about whether he or the administration had made a formal request to El Salvador to "return" Kilmar Abrego Garcia.

"Because foreign policy belongs to the president of the United States, not some judge."

He's right. Nor did any judge have the power to order a pilot in command of U.S. military plane over international waters to reverse the course set for him or her by the chain of command.

In the Army, I was required to memorize my chain of command in several units. Not one time was there a judge in that chain.

So, what now? Will any judge hold the Secretary of State in contempt, and send a bailiff to apprehend him?

Lawless *administration continues.

SCOTUS ordered Trump to facilitate the return of Garcia

A judge has the authority to determine if a persons Constitutional rights are violated

Marco knew that when he was a Senator
We know your real views on judges. For years we have seen that shills installed. There is not enough money for every social way of living and surviving and the taxes to pay for it. That is the truth. i don't care if you kill each other. It's just that you are including everyone else in your false utopia. I would suggest that people that work in employment that you could. Work as the worst in that employment. The faster this false civilization falls or those empowered wise up, the quicker we will rebuild.

Most judges I have seen I was very impressed with

Blondie will have to convince the court of the sincerity of her attempt
Or what?

What do you think the court will do to Blondie if they don't think her attempt was sincere enough? How will they measure that?

How is offering the President of El Salvador to send a plane if he is ready to release Abrego Garcia on national television, in real time, with Donald Trump sitting and nodding not a sincere attempt at facilitation?

What would Abrego's lawyer argue? "That's not what Democrats want?"

Maybe you think that is some kind of unfair loophole. I see where you would think that, being totally focused on bringing the human-trafficking, wife-beating, gang-banging terrorist to the U.S. again. But courts enforce unfair loopholes all the time.

The fix was in

Trump made it clear that he did not want Abrego Garcia released.
The President of El Salvador obliged

No court will buy it

Suppose they don't.

Now what?

What the penalty for not offering to send a plane for an El Salvadoran as soon as the President of his country releases him sincerely enough?

Wouldn't a jury have to find Blondie guilty before she could be penalized?

You see that happening?
