I don't have a real opinion on this action other than it's the same ole same ole in which people often opt to go after the manufacturers for the abuse of their products presumably because they have the deep pockets while the criminals committing these crimes you would have to assume, have no assets. Therefore, this lawsuit seems inherently unjust and unfair and I hope that the same people & organizations who have always stood up for lawful gun owners will do so again in this instance.

I was fortunate that when I first began my pursuit of learning how to lawfully & safely defend myself by carrying, that I was put in touch with some very good, knowledgeable and kind people. We'll see how this works out in the end.

Can we ban the practice of leaving firearms in vehicles overnight? On average, a gun is stolen from a vehicle every 9 minutes and there`s a very good chance that the gun thief is not a law-abiding citizen. The NRA (Nation`s Real Ayeholes) opposes this because they are largely funded by gun manufacturers and they don`t care how many guns are stolen or how many people are gunned down in schools, churches, concerts, etc.
