TPS is just that a temporary status, Biden extended it, now Trump wants to return it to its original time frame.

Doesn't mean they will deport 300,000 tomorrow, just that the process can move forward with individual cases. Some may be returned, some may be granted additional time depending on circumstances. That's the way the system is supposed to work.

This is not based on the silly notion that the US is in a declared war with Venezuela or that Venezuela has invaded the US.

NOTE: They are not here illegally and are due proper notification.

That's that I said, they are here legally now.

The Administration can now begin the process of notification process so they can leave and by what date they need to leave. Not until AFTER that date do they become illegal. And the administration probably should try, "oh we'll give you 5 -minutes notification and in English only then you are here illegally." They just tried essentially that in Texas and the SCOTUS stopped that.

So reasonable notification, give them a reasonable date, and if they don't leave - process for deportation. Not a problem.

The SCOTUS order simply allows the administration to proceed with the revocation of TPS status. It hasn't happened yet, they have not been nor are they currently illegal.

It's just that the revocation process can proceed.

They were granted TPS status without individualized review, why do you think they are entitled to individualized review now?

Most of them may not need it. But they will have to be given a revocation date and allowed reasonable time to self-deport. If there are other issues that have to be addressed they (through their attorney) can apply for additional review. Then it will be up to an immigration officer to review and in some cases may have to go to an immigration judge. For example they may have a pending application for permeant legal status

I would expect the vast majority to be removable.
