Trump is doing what he always does. He wants to give Maxwell a pardon, but he teases the possibility to see how people react.

Trump pretends he hasn't been following the case, but everybody knows he's got Bondi and Patel working 1,000 FBI agents overtime just to look through the Epstein files. Yet he claims he hasn't followed the case.

His ankles aren't a big issue. Sitting and certain meds can attribute to it.

Coughing.

Swelling and weight gain from fluid in your ankles or lower legs, check

Difficulty sleeping when lying flat.

Not sure why this is an issue. If Trump has congestive heart failure, it's not his fault. He did not choose to be sick. If anything, we should take pity on him.
