I'm a native San Franciscan so I'm qualified to comment. Lets see, its in the hands of radical enviromentalists, the courts there are some of the most liberal in country, rampant crime, soaring energy costs(see radical enviromentalists), out of control cost of living, traffic up the ass, overregulation etc. etc. or do you need more? Wait I forgot, they don't execute people.

cost of living and traffic because so many people live there(cuz it's awesome there). whats wrong w/ environmentalists?

I have to agree with Peterson being guilty - too many things against him! if he is, let him fry!!!!

Although i'm not against immigration the population is so great because of ne influx of immigrants. Do you really think native born Americans are clamoring to move to Cali.? Crime down but still unbelievably high, I mean if you have 100 grams of shit and it goes down to 97 grams you still have shit. Soaring energy costs because enviromentalists blocked every possible avenue to energy expansion except for dumbass windmills so state was basically running on energy sources for a state the 1/3 of its size.

Enviromentalists are basically socialists using enviromentalism as their vehicle, thats the problem with them.

Liberalism, well suffice to say its the reason for about 95% of America's problems going back to the commie of state Franklin D. Roosevelt.

I couldnt care less about this case other than I hope that the guilty, whether it be scott or someone else, pays and that justice is served.

How can anyone not in the courtroom say for sure whether he's guilty or innocent. If he's guilty, I hope he gets an injection and good riddance. If he is not guilty, may the justice system work.

I think the biggest complaint about California courts is that they have a habbit of legislating from the bench. Something that they aren't supposed to do. They have political beliefs that are generally "left" leaning, and try to enact change in the direction of their beliefs.

As a result, appeals from the 9th Circuit Court to the U.S. Supreme Court are reversed over 75% of the time.

I wish they would put it on television. I would love to see this guy get his due. He killed a baby and that's what sickens me the most. Of course Bully would disagree.

there was a doctor up in this area that jsut got out from doing 20 of his 40 years for hacking up his wife. it was on unsolved mysteries and that forensics show on discovery. chopped her up and tossed her in the mississippi. got out early becasue he was a good boy. imagine that one
