Here are some super COOL things you got wrong but you should know the real answer

1) The Sun rises in the EAST and sets in the WEST.- WRONG WRONG WRONG

Only true TWICE a year on the equinox days in North America. Half of the time the Sun rises North of EAST and the other half of time the SUN rises South of EAST. On the equator this is TRUE everyday but on the POLES sun hardly ever rises or sets

2) SPACE HAS NO GRAVITY !!! IF you think this is true than you are a MORON or living in the wrong century.

What holds up the Earth or the MOON or the SUN. Space has GRAVITY !!!!!!!!!!!! The only time you dont notice gravity in space is during a FREE FALL when you are costing such as a orbiting space station.

3) THE DAY is 24 hours long
WRONG WRONG WRONG

A full rotation is 23 hours, 56 min and about 4 seconds or so.. THE 24 hours refers only to a solar day that marks the Sun in the same spot

4) A YEAR IS 365 days
THis is FALSE FALSE

A year is 365 plus 6 hours or 365 plus 1/4

Each year you pocket 6 hours. So after 4 years its 24 hours.
Hence, why you place a LEAP DAY every 4 years in FEB

5] The race at Indianapolis on Memorial Day isn't 500 miles ... the cars themselves only travel 499.8 miles ... during that time, the Earth's rotation adds the extra 0.2 mile ... they race counter-clockwise in the Northern Hemisphere, and the track itself spins counter-clockwise ... we add those motions together to get the 500 miles...

It get worse ... a "day" is strictly defined as 3,600 seconds ... the Earth's rotation is irregular, and can't be relied on for timing ... to wit:
