School Cop Punches 16-Year-Old Student in the Face for Not Having a Hall Pass

This action, unlike the girl in the desk being removed from the classroom by force, was criminal. The officer will be punished accordingly.

And the officer in SC was fired, you idiot. The girl was NOT removed from the classroom, either, if you recall. She was carried out, you freak.
Ben Fields is going to end up with legal fees for the rest of his life, but idiots like you will probably set up a GoFundMe for him.
The officer is going to collect a pay day for immense proportions because of stupidities by people like you.
No jury will award him anything....as it is he may go to prison for his actions.

Not really. You're more likely to go to prison than he is.
I dont run around attacking kids.

As far back as I can remember.

I agree that the cop went too far, but if that boy made it look like he was going to attack the cop, what did he think was going to happen, that the cop was going to stand there and let the boy do whatever it is that he wanted???

God bless you always!!!

Maybe if the cop had allowed him to drink some water there would have been no issue?

^^^ True, but if you don't do what you are told to do be prepared for an ugly outcome.

Good thing for us the Founders did what the British told them to.

Oh..... wait......

He was prepared. Thats why he tried to protect himself.
Since when does a person need protection from a simple statement like "Go back to class." for example? If the kid had done what he was told to do, there never would have been any kind of negative action from either side, only the "Go back to class." statement. Words are not what do the damage and if the boy looked like he was going to get physical, why should the cop stand there and do nothing?

God bless you always!!!

Let's ask little Jakey how wealthy Darren Wilson (Ferguson) is now....Or Michael Slager (Walter Scott shooting).....or Daniel Pantaleo (Eric Garner).

Depending on where the school is. You couldn't pay me enough to work as a guard at some of these little commie camps. the students run the asylum instead of the adults
Good thing they dont even allow mental cases such as yourself within 1500 yards of a school.

My last employer were I to get into an accident even a fender bender would require a drug screening...screen cops for steroid abuse

Cop 'Roid Rage: Are Steroids Behind the Worst Police ...

Exactly! I have a friend who was told to go home...just go home right now....after a random drug test showed opiates in his system. He is an attorney working for a large oil company. Turns out he had eaten a poppy-seed bagel for breakfast. He was back at work the next day, but fairly rattled.
They run around with scissors and do random hair tests, too.
So you are right...The cops should be tested for everything after incidents like this. If we test professional athletes we should test cops, too.

Grand theft water sipping.

These are cops who are under-educated and overly bored.
and many use steroids ...test them every time they have an incident...

Didn't think of that, but you are probably right. Both this dickhead and the SC dickhead do look overly buffed.
The S Carolina one was a "strength coach" those guys know what works ....juice wise...

Still, when dealing with a cop, you do what they tell you to do or get ready.

Commie camps! Do tell. So which ones are the commie camps?

The police action taken in response to what sounds like no more than a stubborn student shines a spotlight on the real issue: An alarming culture of control and punishment within our education system....and you can see who is "balls to the wall" in support of Gestapo in the schools....the anti Government "we need our guns to defend ourselves against nasty Government"...crowd
