In fact most business around the world use english as the standard.

Well, English is our national language, bit it's not official on federal level. There was legislation three years ago to make it official, but it didn't go thru due to recess, so it died. The argument of legislation opponents was that Congress does not need to establish legislation to know the importance of knowing English since the language is already spoken in US.
