Alaskan homeless peeps shit in the cold - though at least our homeless are civilized enough to not shit on our streets - they actually have "community pits" that they all work to keep buried, clean-ish looking, and as sanitary as they're able.

[They know we (folks in the city) wouldn't tolerate them if they didn't keep their shit cleaned up as a whole.]
