There wasn't and even then you do not do that.

The Law of Armed Conflict designates certain structures as having protected status...schools, hospitals, places of worship.

However, if combat activities are conducted from those structures, they lose their protected status and may be attacked.

Non-Western enemies love to attack from protected structures. The left takes their side when we legally attack those who attack us.

Combat activities were NOT being done out of the hospital.
