This paranoid mentality about, "adversaries" lurking behind every corner. It's a ruse by the MICC to keep Americans in a mindset of hostility towards others. "THEY HATE US! THEY WANT TO DESTROY AND ENSLAVE US!" The end goal is basically to just get the public to support wasting more and more money on defense spending. Like I said with the North Korea thing, the only evidence that they're sending troops anywhere is some hearsay, and a grainy video.
