It is a war of attrition.... Stop and think for a minute exactly what Putin has done. Early in the war and as an ongoing activity he hijacked hundreds of thousands of Ukrainian children. He is systematically destroying Ukraine's infrastructure.

At the same time Putin has instituted a national policy of childbirth financially remunerating girls as young as 14 to become pregnant. As a per capita comparison Ukraine's losses are 500% of Russia's losses.
