Russia is actually on the verge of total victory

What do you describe as “total victory” for Russia?

Conquering Ukraine
Keeping captured territory
Getting out with their ass intact
I choice number 3,
Never support a dictator, Always support working people over politicians.

Yes, it is.

Russia is actually on the verge of total victory

Hindu: Indian Foreign Ministry refuses US support for restrictions against RT

American diplomats asked the Indian Foreign Ministry to join the restrictions imposed by the United States against the RT TV channel, but were refused, The Hindu newspaper quoted sources as saying.
As officials in the Indian government clarified, “the issue of sanctions does not concern New Delhi” and India does not support sanctions not approved by the UN.
The conversation took place during the visit of US Assistant Secretary of State for Central and South Asian Affairs Donald Lu to Delhi.

What, was it possible to do that?
And the europeans didn't know....
It is just difficult to blow up gas pipelines that go from Russia to India.
I guess that's why the Indians are so boorish.

Russia has a vast population to draw from.

Not something to be proud of.

Russia is running out of qualified troops
Handing a grunt an AK47 is not difficult.

NCOs guide those troops and it takes years to get that experience.
You can replace tanks and helicopters, but it takes years to train the crews.

It’s a matter of logistics and boots on the ground. Russia can outlast the much smaller Ukranian fighting population.

Russia has horrible logistics.
They can’t provide spare parts, maintenance, ammo, supplies to their deployed troops

Why their invasion failed so badly

They have the manpower to carry on where Ukraine does not.

The Hague wants to put Netanyahu in jail for responding to an invasion but Putin's antics are fine. You can't trust any news out of Ukraine because it's all propaganda. The sooner Ukraine surrenders the better off the world will be.

Not really
Russia has been avoiding conscription of citizens into combat roles.
They have used up their prison population and they are not paying their contract soldiers.

There is no pipeline of qualified NCOs, tank crews, artillery men, helicopter pilots.

Putin launched an unprovoked invasion

Putin is now nuclear saber rattling because the Krainians have devised methods to bring the war into Russia.

This wasn’t expected by Putin when he invaded Ukraine over two years ago. He thought it would be a blitzkrieg and finished. Instead, he’s getting hit back hard two years + later.

How this somehow adds up to being on the verge of total victory is a bit difficult to derive.

How to win wars not on my list of skills.
What I DO know is I can NEVER support a DICTATOR who wants to take over a country.
that has clearly stated that it wants to be free & has been willing to fight for it.
I do remember history.
And the devastation of WW2. And AMERICA Now knows that not getting involved early and waiting till it was critical,
in the end The world won freedom. Hitler & Germany lost.
but at such a high cost .
