The funding for the construction of the village will be provided by the regional public foundation named after Akhmad Kadyrov, father of the incumbent president, who was himself president of Chechnya before his assassination in 2004 by Chechen Islamists. Some 100,000 Russian roubles ($1,200) have been allocated by the foundation for each Palestinian family.

Perhaps, but only if you think ethnic cleansing is an excellent idea. A lot of the world does not. And so you have to be okay with decades or centuries of terrorism against yourself until you can find a way to extricate yourself from the situation.

I'd call it one of your psychiatric problems. No one is sending them to Chechnya but you. Ethic cleansing/genocide of the Jews is however the announced ambition of Hamas, which the polls show is wildly popular among the Palestinians.
