The key is to find meaning in your life. Then everything falls into placeWell there is scientific evidence of the soul. Some guy back in the day even calculated it's mass. Screens absolutely dull the soul. The every day grind and chasing the Almighty dollar definitely dulls the soul. The city dulled my soul. I am not sure this is the case for everyone. I knew people in the city that it did not effect nearly as adversely as it did to me. There were people that thrived there and did not appear to lose their golden goodness. I thrived there for a long time. It was when family problems started to arise that the city started eating me up. A strong nuclear family is the best defense against soul stealing phenomen. As little long as you have others to fight for and they fight for you in return you have defense against evil and soul sucking devices. When that breaks down is when the true danger happens. Going back to nature will help but not much until ya have something to fight for. The good news is that it is easier to find things to fight for as you get closer to nature. When you get back to nature there are other like minded people looking for a simpler life. It is easier to make good relationships in this situation. Good relationships give you something to fight for. Cities are not bad thing people just need to use that high way and get the hell out of them from time to time. The tv screen and computer screen are the most dangerous soul sucker.

Read Viktor Frankl.
Pretty brilliant!
I need to look him up and learn more about him. Thanks for posting.

This I agree. Easier said than done though. The meaning in my life disappeared for awhile. Not sure I have it completely back but I am trying like hell. I believe it is getting better each day. I had to disappear onto the water and into the woods to gain perspective. In my new life I have made some good relationships. I now have four friends who's word is written in stone. It's a damn good start. My life is being rebuilt stone by stone. Tomorrow is brighter than today. The key is to find meaning in your life. Then everything falls into place
