I saw that movie. Very interesting. Ruby was not adopted because she was uncontrollable and destructive. As soon as her handler started to train her for rescue, Ruby changed. She became focused. All her energy was directed to training.

Intelligent working dogs have to work. They have to have something to do that occupies mind and body. RIP Ruby, there are unlimited rabbits and squirrels in heaven to chase.
