WHY the Hell is Congress putting up with the PUBLIC CRIMINAL DISPLAY from Rosenstein and the CRIMNAL Anti-Trump Witch Hunting Colluding DOJ?
Rosenstein and Mueller have already illegally Obstructed justice by refusing to hand over documents and information in adherence to a Congressional subpoena. They both should have been PERP-WALKED by now.
In their continued desperate and treasonous attempt to affect a political COUP they are openly breaking the law...now, once again, Rosenstein REFUSES to comply with Senate demands.
DOJ refusing to give Grassley access to agent who interviewed Flynn
Flynn was indicted for 'Lying to the FBI' by the same FIRED Mueller Team Member / DISGRACED FBI Agent - Strzok - who illegally protected Hillary and her 2 aides from indictment on the same charges.
- Investigation of Strzok exposed the Conspiracy involving Obama Cabinet members and Agency Directors against then-candidate and now President Trump. Strzok indicted Flynn for 'Lying to the FBI', but then FBI Director Comey testified that his FBI agents had stated they did not believe Flynn lied to them.
"...former FBI Director James Comey in fact indicated to lawmakers that FBI agents did not believe Flynn intentionally lied about the talks with Russia’s ambassador."
So now Congress - specifically Chuck Grassly - wants access to the agent / individual who interviewed Flynn to get to the REAL story....and Rosenstein is REFUSING to grant him that access.
"Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley isn't backing down as the Justice Department rebuffs his repeated attempts to speak with the FBI agent whose interview with Michael Flynn was used to indict the ex-national security adviser in the Russia probe.
“This is no ordinary criminal case,” Grassley, R-Iowa, wrote in a June 6 letter to Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein. “Congress has a right to know the full story and to know it now.”
Grassley is pressing his request anew after the DOJ once again rejected his bid to speak with FBI Agent Joe Pientka and to obtain the FBI’s records of the interview."
If this is such an open and shut case, if Rosenstein and Mueller are so sure Flynn lied and their indictment is so solid, WHAT / WHY ARE THEY TRYING TO HIDE NOW?
Years ago Mueller, during a case against terrorists, Mueller indicted the completely wrong men, ignoring the 'obvious' evidence and identity of who did. In that case, Mueller INTENTIONALLY hid evidence proving the guys he had indicted were innocent. He INTENTIONALLY sent innocent men to jail. YEARS later, when the truth came out and the men were freed, Mueller continued to try to justify his actions of jailing the men, claming 'They still could have done it' despite the recorded fact that the evidence proving they had not committed the crimes was in Mueller's possession the entire time.
MUELLER, btw, was NEVER punished for intentionally sending a known innocent man to jail for YEARS!
If you concentrate for a second, you can smell that same bull$h!t now.....
...and as Mueller, Rosenstein, and the left-over Trump-Hating criminal DOC continues to Obstruct Justice by illegally refuse to comply with subpoenas while refusing to show any so-called evidence with which they are attempting to put Americans in jail, another question has to be asked....
