The changes such as the patriot act has actually saved many American lives and I know of no one that it has negatively affected.

The one change that I see that I find intrusive is the TSA searches at the airport. I think that shit needs to be done differently, it is inconvenient but it's not a loss of freedom. Even though I have a private jet and I don't personally have to be subjected to those searches I still think it's an unjust intrusion.

The reason for my question is quite simple. I want to know what changes he speaks of and how they have personally affected him.

Look if you are not a terrorist and have no plans to mass murder Americans then you shouldn't have anything to worry about. Your freedoms will remain intact.

Well I found out that you can't debate someone that isn't willing to prove any of their claims. He spouts off a bunch of nonsense that he can't back up.

He claims I am a neocon. He can't prove that it's merely an opinion.

He claims Republicans are "big government police staters" and again it's merely opinion.

He thinks Ron Paul is the poster boy for the Republican party when the idiot can't garner the Republican Presidential nomination after three tries. I think once he campaigned for the Libertarian party.

So when he spouts opinion that can't be proven or argued, I simply dismiss the goofball altogether.

He's about as big a nutter as Ron Paul, and I know Ron personally.
