Only 200,000 cuts? Hell, he should cut 2,000,000 federal jobs. The majority of these "feds" are lazy-assed, over-paid incompetents. Take a stroll through the U.S. DOT some day through a sea of fraud, waste and abuse. That's just one example. Washington, D.C. is loaded with these lazy do nothing *****.

State workers are also an issue! Go to any state department and you will see 3-4 different divisions all with the same duties doing the same thing and many times requiring all the division OKs for a project to move forward!
