roku cbs all access rip off going on

so i downloaded the cbs all access channel....didnt watch it....deleted it...well apparently with roku..that was a contract to pay for cbs all access....seems d/l is agreeing to pay while deleting it is not a cancellation of services....i will no longer be recommending roku....
