I saw the original again last week. The scariest part of that film is the spiderwalk scene (wasn't released to theaters because they felt it was too scary). You can hear her stomping down the hall to the stairs and it literally freaks you out when they let you see her doing it.
If you have surround sound it will send a chill down your back.
