Rittenhouse prosecutors sent a subpoena to DeBruin. He later agreed to meet with ADAs T. Clair Binger(D) and Jim Kraus(D). DeBruin said at first, Binger was very polite and friendly. “We want to form a good partnership with you, since you’ll be helping prosecute many cases,” says Binger, a once-failed DA candidate. DeBruins said Binger’s attitude quickly changed to that of an adversarial role when DeBruin refused to change or add to his statement, that he signed over a year prior. “Whose side are you on?” Binger sternly asked.

It's extremely obvious that the prosecutor is not interested in justice and is trying to railroad Rittenhouse for personal political gain. He's trying to make Kyle Rittenhouse a political prisoner.

Binger belongs in prison, not Kyle.

Kyle Rittenhouse a political prisoner. Nothing could be further from the truth.

Rittenhouse shouldn't of been there with a weapon and the man who supplied the weapon to him needs to be in prison. They should be in prison, both of them.

The 2nd amendment of the U.S. Constitution says that they have a right to keep and bear arms.

Why are you so opposed to the people exercising their civil rights, you fucking moron?

Not at the young age of 17.
Why shouldn't an able-bodied 17 year old man have civil rights?

After all, 17 year old men are a component of the militia of United States according to U.S. Code, Title 10, Section 311

(a)  The militia of the United States consists of all able-bodied males at least 17 years of age and, except as provided in section 313 of title 32 , under 45 years of age who are, or who have made a declaration of intention to become, citizens of the United States and of female citizens of the United States who are members of the National Guard.
(b)  The classes of the militia are--
(1)  the organized militia, which consists of the National Guard and the Naval Militia;  and
(2)  the unorganized militia, which consists of the members of the militia who are not members of the National Guard or the Naval Militia.

And when Kyle was attacked, he was obviously on a perilous mission to prevent a U.S. city from being burnt to the ground by leftist extremist terrorist insurgents.

He's a true American hero who put himself in harms way to save America, not a criminal.

  • A person under 21 years of age who has been convicted of a misdemeanor (other than a traffic offense) or adjudged delinquent, or who does not have the written consent of his or her parent or guardian to acquire and possess firearms and ammunition, or whose parent or guardian has revoked such written consent, or whose parent or guardian does not qualify to have a FOID card;

I don't think its even allow in texas, but I could be wrong.

WE all know this is just another railroad job to appease the mobs of deviants and thugs, an attempt to discourage self-defenses against hate crimes being committed by left wing scum and black criminals in general. Why pretend its anything else?

So, because Rittenhouse, didn't have a note from his mommy, you want to put him in prison for life?

Meanwhile you gloss over the fact that a violent mob of lefties attacked him with weapons, and he was defending himself.

They chased him down, but as we see the vermin crawling around want witnesses to perjure themselves and the videos banned from the jury's eyes.

Yep. And to the point that such cases, of people beign arrested for resisting violent attacks, are in prison,

those people are political prisoners.

Contrary to the fake news media's false narrative, there's no evidence that Kyle ever possessed a gun in Illinois. And that's a moot point because even if he did the U.S. constitution supersedes state law anyways, you moronic hater of civil rights.

2nd Amendment said:
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

The Communists and BLM filth should not have been there burning and destroying. The shitheads should not have attacked Kyle. They should not have threatened him with a gun and they should not have kicked him and they should not have tried to bash his head in with a skate board.

And not only that, the DA's office dropped the disorderly conduct with a dangerous weapon charge against Joshua Ziminski, the guy who actually fired the first shot at the CarSource lot where pedophile Rosenbaum earned his Darwin award by chasing down Kyle and trying to steal his gun.

The terrorist/arsonist who fired the first shot, Joshua Ziminski, was one of Rosenbaum's accomplices when they stole a demolition company's equipment trailer, took it out into Sheridan road, turned it on it's side, and set it on fire, in an apparent effort to block police, fire and EMT crews from easily getting into the riot/insurgency area.

Rosenbaum is seen in this pic armed with a heavy equipment tie-down chain that he stole from the trailer.

Indeed. No way a jury can convict him honestly. We will know whether it's fixed or not right away.

No one should be at a riot but they came and with all the actions at the riot the group created a highly charged and violent area. They all should of stayed away. Your argument doesn’t hold.
