The transfer of evidence is done thru the State Crime Lab.

There is no evidence whatsoever that the prosecutor did not give the high quality video to the State Crime lab.

All there is a statement that the defense had a lower quality video which they only discovered to be low quality last Friday. Where they got it from or how it was created is unknown.

What is known is that the defense had months to look at this video.

If the defense is being honest, they would have asked for a mistrial based on this low quality video last Friday.

Instead, they waited until the jury was in a long deliberation, then pulled this out of nowhere.

Sounds like the defense created this low quality video in a desperate attempt to get the judge to declare a mistrial.

Then why is the Prosecution trying to claim that the degradation was the result of the evidence being sent from an I Phone. This is at best a screwup by the state which the prosecution is legally responsible for, or deliberate misconduct by the prosecution. One is bad, the second worse.

I really don't care much about this case. It is because I know that it is a false flag stunt done by the Deep state.



The Deep state haven't done nothing illegal yet because they are not that stupid. That is why they have made it legal for them to propagandize the public. And that is why they are sticking with the story that Russian agents have infiltrated this country and have created homegrown domestic terrorist groups to destroy our democracy.

They know that they have to keep that narrative going in order to use parts of the NDAA Patriot Act that allows them to propagandize the public and hold secret court hearings that allows them to have trials without juries and appoint their own judges and D.A.s. That they have made these laws to protect themselves from being prosecuted.

And the only reason why they are broadcasting this case live and keeping other cases behind closed doors without any media's coverage? It is because this is what they want the public to see.

You guys may as well watch reruns of Perry Mason and discuss it on this site, instead of that fake trial.

They hire actors like crisis actors to pretend that they are actually in a real courtroom. And some of these actors don't know how to cry like that father at the Sandy Hook shooting.

According to the prosecution, they were showing "enhanced" versions of the video supplied to the defense.
