Being stopped for driving and walking while Black is a real thing. It's not even debatable. "Fitting the description" is a tired old cliche by now. Police shootings are only the extreme end of systemic racism that continues throughout the black experience at the hands of the criminal justice system. Like our own. I was recently reading some on the Boston Tea Party. I never realized what a massive political protest there was that day that led to hundreds of men storming the three ships laden with tea and sending millions of dollars worth of product into the harbor.
