That was China's test flight for an EMP device attack on our country. The information they gathered from lingering over our military sites was chump change compared to what they learned about successfully navigating a very heavy device via a weather balloon across tne entire the US. They also wanted to know if they could fly an EMP device all the way across our airspace and not be challenged. Check and check. We are in big trouble.
