Sherman disagrees with idea of ban

So wait, banning a racist word, is racist? Instead, its is now a term of endearment? I don't equate the n-word as a cuss word. Its derogatory, its part of the reason Richie incognito was suspended. After reading the texts tho, I don't believe he was bullying the other guy, but using the word just as the other players did. However, there may be more I am unaware of. Why not ban the flippin word since it is an issue and given its horrid history?
