No one but you seems to be focused on this subject. The concept of a "Black race" is only a rhetorical device invented by racists to decribe humans with more melatonin in their skin. What it really boils down to is that whites don't have the need to think it about it anymore. What's done is done, and nothing changes the past, but to get over the past, the one offended, whether African slave, Jew, Irish, Italian, or any other group of people who have been discriminated against have to stop holding on to that which offends them, and "be" equal. As long as one holds on to the past and sees oneself as a victim, whether it's a white man feeling like he was screwed by God or because he had poor or abusive parents he happened to end up with, or the abused woman who clings to her abusive husband because she is so insecure that she can't imagine life without the cycle of hatred she lives in, each individual has to stop blaming others for his own lot in life, and change his own life for the better. As I said earlier, this requires that one completely accept the responsibility for personal happiness, no matter what it takes. Changing attitudes is one of the most difficult of human feats, and the vast majority of humans never achieve it.
There is no doubt that in the short span of American history, blacks have born the highest burden of discrimination- maybe close to the same amount that North American Indians endured. That being said, blacks now have equal rights to every other race and ethnic or cultural group, but until they take the personal individual responsibility that comes with those rights, and become that which they wish to be, they will remain enslaved in their own minds.

reading for compehension is obviously not your strong suit. I said dogs and humans are not considered different races due to hair colour. humans are often easily differentiated as to race by outward physical characteristics but those characteristics are formed by the genetic patterns that identify race. not the other way around. an albino black is not a white.
