Even so, JFK, Jr. isn’t wrong about he general health concerns of Americans nor about the relatively unhealthy additives (etc) we have foods.

Maybe our major food producers should be leaned on to make our foods less dependent on chemical processing for things like texture and color and sweetness.

I don’t know.

But I will say this. Government has a tendency to impose its will on the people and on corporations. If the government decides to regulate those food producers by demanding that they eliminate certain additives now used for freshness and texture and color (and palatability), then the industry will adapt. But I am guessing production costs will rise and the consumers will be paying more for the healthier foods.

Love RFK.. fat shame away. My sister is a whale. I go out for lunch with her and i say lets not eat carbs.. nope..

I’ve always been naturally thin. When you get to 40 though the body changes it seems.. now I do intermittent fasting from 4pm to 6am everyday, when possible.. best thing i ever did.. i watch the carbs too. Breakfast i have carbs via my cereal but other than that i try and keep it low carb.. works for me.

People need to stop eating.
