This is, after all, RFK jr we're talking about here - still a democrat...Possibly a move to head off any appearance of corporate capture/merger with Big Pharm.

My guess is he wants to move the government toward evaluating things like herbal supplements and such that have not been approved by the FDA and this is just the first step in that direction. Anyway, there is no reason someone who can access a study through the JAMA couldn't access it through a free public government site. At least people would be able to see what they are funding if they were so inclined to care.

You realize scientific journals are the backbone of transmitting current science and medical information advancements right, so that they may be peer reviewed and experiments made to see if the experiments hold up.
