RFK Jr in at HHS

Are you in support of presidents picking only mainstream picks?
That was the norm until trump. It makes for the best outcomes , especially stopping extremist views on the Supreme Court.

Again, you’re old enough now to know never support what the establishment supports. Never believe what the establishment tells you. They lie a lot.

He’s far more qualified than anyone holding that position going back decades.
The pandemic has ended, but the malady lingers on in a social disease: generalized distrust of public health officials. Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is a price we are still paying for the collapse of confidence in government that accelerated during covid-19.

Donald Trump, ever transactional, has nominated Kennedy to lead the Department of Health and Human Services. This is Kennedy’s reward for his Damascene conversion from Trump despiser (July 2, 2024: “a terrible president”) to Trump endorser (Aug. 23, 2024). HHS has more than 80,000 employees, a budget of more than $1.84 trillion, and responsibilities encompassing matters of life and death: medical and other health policies.

The vaccinations that conquered smallpox were arguably humanity’s most suffering-reducing, life-enhancing technology in three millennia. Kennedy has said, and later denied saying, “No vaccine is safe and effective.” He has said polio vaccinations have caused soft tissue cancers that “kill many, many, many, many, many, many more people than polio ever did.” Ample research refutes this, and his assertions linking vaccines to autism, and many other comparably reckless pronouncements. Presumably, had Kennedy been in the first Trump administration, he would have opposed the administration’s finest achievement: Operation Warp Speed. This produced the anti-covid vaccine, which Kennedy has called “the deadliest vaccine ever made.”

RFK, Hegseth, Patel, and Gabbard may be the most unqualified nominees in US history.

Correct , we will all suffer because he was not held accountable for his actions and now he has placed US in even greater danger. But I'm not whining over it and no one is winning., we are all losing. Sorry you and so many others don't realize this yet. As I said I was smart enough to know better. Really trump what a bad joke On all of US.
he was not held accountable for what?

I am very confident that myself and my country will be in a much better position than we were at the end of the Biden Administration, assuming no more Black Swan events like COVID.

We were headed down a path of no return. Absolutely miserably misguided foreign policy that emboldened our enemies and weakened the US. Domestic policy that rewarded mediocrity instead of meritocracy, spent billions on unnecessary environmental regulations that not only cost us money but impeded our progress towards energy independence and had no respect for our nation's sovereignty with regards to its borders. There was much more wrong with those nuts. The party is over for you idealistic kids. The parents are home and fixing everything you broke. Sorry you don't like it. Most kids don't.

Dumb. Stop consuming corporate media. Your IQ will soar.

We've taken a step backwards every day since Jan. 20 but towards autocracy.

what are the qualifications for the job? Post the link.
well let's look at disqualifiers first, then we won't have to address your requests

Raising further concerns about RFK Jr's "personal qualities", Caroline Kennedy claimed her cousin "encouraged" siblings and cousins "down the path of substance abuse".

RFK Jr has publicly spoken about his past struggle with drug addiction including heroin use. He plead guilty to bringing heroin onto a plane in 1984.

The letter also makes an historical claim of animal cruelty against RFK Jr. "His basement, his garage, and his dorm room were the centers of the action where drugs were available, and he enjoyed showing off how he put baby chickens and mice in the blender to feed his hawks," Caroline Kennedy wrote. "It was often a perverse scene of despair and violence."

But only to those who are uninformed and consume prodigious amounts of corporate media.
Do you live on the East Coast and How long have you known of this character. The man is looney tunes. He dumped a bear carcass in Central Park. He believes that's where he got the brain eating worm that he developed. The list goes on and on. He got many of his younger relatives into drugs and some died. It's all bad news.

no I want the qualifiers you desperately think one needs. There is no such thing as disqualifiers.

I don't believe her. Unless she has evidence it slander.

I don't ignore someone's past when it still haunts them driving them crazy. That's a problem we don't need to deal with.
