RFK Assassination: Two Gunmen Fired at RFK

Uh, umm, we have had hard evidence of conspiracy in the JFK case for many years now.

Hard evidence of a conspiracy?
By whom?

If Oswald had help...
Why did he only have a $19.95 surplus bolt action rifle to do the shooting?
Why did he have to take the bus after the shooting?
Why did he only have $200 to his name?

Major conspiracy and Oswald does the shooting on the cheap

Only bullets found came from Sirhans revolver.

Not true. Just the opposite: the ballistics evidence proves that Sirhan's gun was not the only gun used in the shooting.

Odd: a liberal who buys the conservative denial of conspiracy in the RFK case.

Maybe it was someone on the Grassy Knoll.

Oh, boy. So I'm guessing you don't know that the House Select Committee on Assassinations found that the Dallas police tape of the JFK assassination contained at least 4 gunshots, and that one of the shots came from the grassy knoll.

It is odd to see a liberal swallowing the traditional conservative rejection of a conspiracy in the JFK case. We now know that RFK did not buy the lone-gunman theory one bit and planned on reopening the case if he was elected president.
As we all know, RW ALWAYS believes the state. He still thinks Oswald shot JFK. LOL.

Oswald read in the papers that JFKs limo would drive by where he worked
So he went home, got his rifle and brought it to work
He fired three shots, one of which blew off JFKs head.

After more than 50 years, there is no evidence to the contrary
Except Oswald wasn't that good of a shot----and Kennedy's body didn't fall the right way to have come from they where claim-----and the autopsy was manipulated.......

And there was the mob ordered hit on Oswald and done not just by a low lying mobster but by a mob head who shouldn't have been prone to impulsive behavior. Think the FBI/CIA likely went out of their way to try to prevent a war with Russia-----------and that Johnson taking over was a good thing for alot of rich powerful psychopaths.

Because he was always the planned fall guy---------his shooting skills weren't up to shooting Kennedy in the head from where he was at as you say with a surplus bolt action rifle no less. The shot would have taken a marksman and he wasn't one. So either he was super duper lucky or wasn't actually the shooter.

Any marine could have made that shot. It was not that hard

No pumpkin----I am married to a marine (retired).

Dumb as usual.
You can’t disprove what I posted

After 50 years, nobody has
Done it a thousand times and you know it.
Failed to prove a conspiracy a thousand times

Uh, umm, we have had hard evidence of conspiracy in the JFK case for many years now. The acoustical evidence of 4 or more shots has never been refuted but has been confirmed several times. And we discovered in the 1990s that the JFK autopsy x-rays and photos were altered to conceal an entrance wound in the right temple and an exit wound in the right occipital region (right-rear back of the head). We now have the HSCA wound diagrams drawn by witnesses at the autopsy, including the mortician who reassembled JFK's skull after the autopsy. Have you been living in a cave since the 1990s? Here's some quick catch-up material with lots of references for further steady:

As for the RFK assassination, you should read the new book, published just last month, by two veteran TV news investigative journalists: The Assassination of Robert F. Kennedy: Crime Conspiracy & Cover-Up: A New Investigation.

My RFK site also presents a great deal of the evidence of conspiracy in the RFK case that has been uncovered since the LAPD's RFK files began to be released in 1986.

I must admit it is rather funny and odd to see you robotically repeating the same myths that most conservatives continue to peddle about the JFK and RFK assassinations. Of course, you realize that in denying a conspiracy in the JFK case, you are adopting a view that continues to be the minority view among the American people, right?
He’s unable to realize anything.

"At least" nine shots? That doesn't sound too specific for a high profile case like this. It looks as if the recording might have picked up other background noises.

You would think they would recover over nine bullets in a confined space

They didn’t.

An 8 shot revolver? A crappy little .22 that doesn't make a noise much louder than a head hitting a wood floor. Get over it.

Okay, for RW's sake, let's lay out a few documented facts about the RFK case:

* RFK's autopsy was superbly, expertly done (unlike JFK's shameful autopsy). It was done by a qualified forensic pathologist and LA County's chief medical examiner, Dr. Thomas Noguchi, and it was supervised, at Dr. Noguchi's request, by two other qualified forensic pathologists.

* Dr. Noguchi determined that the fatal shot to RFK's head was fired from extremely close range--the gun barrel was no more than 1.5 inches from the head.

* However, all 12 witnesses in the pantry who commented on Sirhan's location said that he was never, ever behind RFK, and that he was always at least 3-4 feet away from RFK.

* Moreover, all five of the witnesses who commented on how quickly Sirhan was pinned down after he opened fire said that he was pinned down after firing no more than three shots.

* The LAPD criminalist who handled the ballistics evidence, De Wayne Wolfer, was later exposed as an incompetent fraud.

* In violation of standard practice and common sense, Wolfer never used the alleged murder weapon, Sirhan's handgun, in his ballistics tests.

* When a panel of seven ballistics experts reviewed Wolfer's claims, and fired Sirhan's gun in their ballistics tests, they found that bullets fired from Sirhan's gun did not match the RFK neck bullet, the Goldstein bullet, and the Weisel bullet.

* The bullet that the LAPD eventually submitted into evidence as the Kennedy neck bullet did not have the same chain-of-custody marks that Dr. Noguchi marked on the bullet he removed from RFK's neck.

* The LAPD simply brushed aside massive evidence that Sirhan was repeatedly seen with a blond-haired woman with a curious nose in her 20s and a brown-haired man about 6 feet tall, and that these same two people were seen at the Ambassador Hotel when RFK was shot. The LAPD used the slightest discrepancy in the witnesses' descriptions of the couple to dismiss all of their accounts as "mistaken."

* One witness saw the blond-haired woman standing next to and holding Sirhan in the pantry just before Sirhan opened fire. The woman was wearing a distinctive polka-dot dress, a white dress with dark polka dots.

* Another witness saw the woman running toward the backdoor of the pantry right after the shots were fired, and four witnesses outside the pantry saw her running out the pantry's backdoor. Three of the witnesses heard her excitedly say, "We got him" or "We shot him."

* As mentioned earlier, in 2004 a recording of the RFK shooting was found in the state archives. Five acoustical experts have independently found that the tape contains more than the eight shots that Sirhan's gun could have fired.

* Several psychologists who have examined Sirhan have concluded that he was hypno-programmed to fire at RFK, and that this is why he has no memory of the shooting and no memory of key periods of time in the months leading up to the shooting. One of those experts is Dr. Daniel Brown of Harvard University, one of the world's leading experts on hypnosis.
So.....

A second gunman was within 1.5 inches of RFKs head and nobody saw him

Invisibility cloak?

Two witnesses saw him. Witnesses Evan Freed and Martha Raines saw him. Another witness, Richard Lubic, saw the man's arm and saw the gun fire at point-blank range into RFK's head.

Yet somehow, an invisible man was able to fire a fatal shot at point blank range and nobody saw him as he walked away.

We never did recover bullets from a second gun

Umm, let me repeat part of my last reply: Two witnesses saw the man who shot RFK from behind. Witnesses Evan Freed and Martha Raines saw him. Another witness, Richard Lubic, saw the man's arm and saw the gun fire at point-blank range into RFK's head. These same witnesses said Sirhan was nowhere near RFK and was always in front of him.

Furthermore, the autopsy report shows that the bullets that entered RFK were fired at a sharply upward angle, but by all accounts Sirhan's gun was level before he was pinned down, and after he was pinned down there was no way he could have fired any shots that hit RFK.

We never did recover bullets from a second gun.

Uh, actually, FOIA-released FBI files prove that five more bullets were recovered in the pantry than the LAPD admitted. The LAPD said they accounted for eight bullets, but the released FBI files show there were five other bullets identified and photographed in the pantry.

Again, stop embarrassing yourself and read the other side, just for once.

You’re wasting your time. RW only knows what he was told about the assassination from his second grade government issued textbook.

And there was the mob ordered hit on Oswald and done not just by a low lying mobster but by a mob head who shouldn't have been prone to impulsive behavior. Think the FBI/CIA likely went out of their way to try to prevent a war with Russia----------
Mafia, CIA, FBI all conspiring to kill JFK and they give the guy who did it a $19.95 single shot, bolt action rifle and bus fare to escape
You are making my point for me.....Oswald was a communist who met in Mexico with the Russians right before shooting at JFK. The russians were pulling his strings this is known. Say they wanted JFK dead, but didn't want to get their hands completely dirty which would lead to a war. They have a crazy american Oswald who is willing to shoot at the president but can't shoot well. He is unlikely to succeed..but he will make a good fall guy. Russians encourage Oswald to get a weapon and shoot the president assuming that he will miss regardless of weapon. They can't give him a better weapon because that would leave their finger prints as being involved. So they put one of their better shooting assets in place hidden---when Oswald opens up firing, the hidden asset gives the head shot killing the president. They don't want Oswald to get away---they want him shot by americans while trying to make his get away. Of course, the cubans, the mob, Johnson, and others may have wanted him dead so they could all be substituted as those encouraging Oswald as well.

Four things bothered me with JFK assassination---the direction that he fail to when shot, Ruby killing Oswald, the autopsy, and our government certain burying of details in the killing------I think the government greatly feared getting into a war with Russia over the assassination. I think they buried evidence whether Oswald acted alone or not....not wanting the american people thinking that the russians had anything to do with hit or not. Think this was why Ruby killed Oswald so his ties to communism wouldn't come out at trial and why there is a sense of something not being right on how this all went down. Oswald probably killed Kennedy-----slight chance that he didn't. But ruby killing Oswald was certainly a mob ordered hit and they wouldn't have done it so publically and so quickly without a very very good rational not emotional reason.

Oswald wasn’t a communist. He was a hard core conservative. He was the only US Marine to ever defect to Russia then return with his Russian wife with the full approval of the US government and without consequences. Plus, the Russians knew he was spy so they ignored him during his time in the USSR. Magically the only marine to ever defect and return, just happens to work in the TSBD on the day JFK drives by. Even more amazing the FBI nor the Secret Service bothers to pick up Oswald that day, even though he was well known to them.

Here's another interesting piece of evidence in the RFK case: In 1982, some scientists at the Stanford Research Institute analyzed the ABC broadcast tape that was filmed in the Embassy Room during the shooting. The Embassy Room was next to the pantry where RFK was shot. The idea was that the broadcast tape might contain sub-audible impulses from gunshots from the pantry, since the Embassy Room was near the pantry . The analysis concluded that the tape contains at least 10 impulse patterns caused by gunfire (Patrick Nolan, CIA Rogues and the Killing of the Kennedys, 2013, p. 268).

Four things bothered me with JFK assassination---the direction that he fail to when shot, Ruby killing Oswald, the autopsy, and our government certain burying of the killing------I think government greatly feared getting into a war with Russia over the assassination. I think they buried evidence whether Oswald acted alone or not....not wanting the american people thinking that the russians had anything to do with hit or not. Think this was why Ruby killed Oswald so his ties to communism wouldn't come out at trial and why there is a sense of something not being right on how this all went down.

Great points...but I am not sure what is going on with this....I see a lot of things don't quit make sense and know that something is off----I watch the actions of those involved and can sense they are hiding facts...but I don't know what happened--just that something isn't quit right. Those hiding the truth have had a long long time and put in a lot of effort to hide the truth in this. We will likely never know for sure because of this.

Our knowledge of the JFK case has advanced tremendously in the last 15 years with the release of thousands of documents by the Assassination Records Review Board and with sophisticated analysis of the autopsy materials at the National Archives. Here's a quick overview of 20 key facts that we now know about the JFK assassination:

The RFK case was largely blown open once the LAPD was forced to release their files on the case, and once the Pruszynski tape of the assassination was discovered.

Because he was always the planned fall guy---------his shooting skills weren't up to shooting Kennedy in the head from where he was at as you say with a surplus bolt action rifle no less. The shot would have taken a marksman and he wasn't one. So either he was super duper lucky or wasn't actually the shooter.

Any marine could have made that shot. It was not that hard

Now that's just ignorant. If it was an easy shooting feat, why were the three Master-rated riflemen in the Warren Commission's rifle test unable to duplicate it? Using the alleged murder weapon, they missed the head and neck area of the target boards 20 out of 21 times, even though the targets were stationary and even though they were firing from only 30 feet up instead of the 60 feet from which the alleged lone gunman would have fired.

Ever heard of Carlos Hathcock, the legendary U.S. Marine sniper? He said there was no way that someone like Oswald, who barely qualified in the second of three marksmanship categories, could have done the alleged shooting feat.

Finally, I'm guessing you don't know that the House Select Committee on Assassinations (HSCA) determined that the first shot that hit Kennedy was fired at a time when the alleged lone gunman's view of JFK would have been blocked by the intervening oak tree on Elm Street. We can see JFK plainly, clearly beginning to react to being wounded at around Zapruder film frame 200, which means the shot was fired at about frame 190, but this was when the limousine was driving beneath the oak tree.

Free your mind.
