Not necessarily a win when you try to replace someone with 20+ years of experience and extensive local knowledge with someone who doesn’t even understand the job. We aren’t talking manufacturing or labor positions. We’re taking about skilled professional work. They might save money until they realized that productivity and work quality fell through the floor.If your company loses senior members over this and hires younger ones for a fraction of the salary, that's a win for them. The younger ones will have no savings, and no means to access healthcare without the employer. They are more controllable.
