For me, if there is an agreement of 'end of war' and total retreat by Russia, with nothing extra given to Putin/Russia.

Ending the war could be just stopping hostilities and leaving the borders as they are now. You aren’t looking for ending the war you want total capitulation. Unfortunately that would take a nuke to Moscow, is that what you want?
