There is absolutely nothing in the constitution that gives free k-12 to illegal aliens. The judges took a bribe and made it up. That has cost the american taxpayer trillions of dollars. In fact section 1324 title 8 makes it a federal felony to encourage illegals to live here, so the law says they can't use our schools.

WA just passed a millionaire tax. Did they announce that they were going to improve infrastructure or fully fund education or address shortages in wildfire protection? Nope. The first thing they're going to do is provide free breakfast and lunch for K-12. Hmm, I guess parents aren't required to feed and clothe their kids anymore. I think the Supreme Court was wrong as a matter of law, but the policy of allowing children to attend school pending disposition of their legal status is correct.
