Republicans used to be a partner in governing

Yeah and so didn't Democrats. Recpublicans were elected this time to try to balance out the bullshit and all it did was increase it. Keep throwing all the bums out till we get people who actually care about the country.

Amen to that!!!

You know libs are loosing when they start whining about the other side not compromising.

I dont remember Obama saying anything about "compromising" when they owned all three branches.

Matter of fact, dint he say something about the back of the bus?

Im sure someone will remember, thanks in advance.

Republicans used to be a partner in governing, but have become Haters of all things governmental. Their Hate has made them enemies of government, and that is why our government no longer works. Republicans should either help make government work, or get out of it.

Repubs are passing bills with some common sense Dems, and who is not even allowing the bills to come up for a vote in the senate? Oh yeah that's right Harry Reid -Dem.

Wanting smaller government that is affordable is not hatred of the government.
Government is not working because of the senate leader.
Oh and liberal ideology is the other reason. Your socialism has failed.
Big Government is the reason our economy has stalled.

Government works best when it works least.

Government is involved in a lot of stuff they shouldn't be involved in. that's the problem. And they do it badly.

It's a nation of extrememists now, folks.

And it was DESIGNED to be so, too.

Why?

A people divided are easier to manipulate.

That's exactly it. We need to elect people that are beholden to us, we the people, and not beholden to the lobbyists that hand them buckets of cash.

As long as you recognize that 'we, the People' do not all agree with you, that's fine. We elect representatives - we do not - or at least we should not - elect anyone that puts party over country.... or, more importantly, puts party over the people who sent him/her there.
