I doubt if any of the homeless have health ins, many people in TX do not, as they have not expanded Medicaid.

False statement, if you were under a certain income , you would qualify for Medicaid , but most republicans states have not expanded Medicaid, and having mandatory ins is a savings to everyone US citizen, every US citizen should have health ins or pay a fine.

Not how it works in a free society.
