In a Republic, actually
We’ve heard the rhetoric from the right trying to mitigate yesterday’s Democratic landslide victories, claiming that those victories where in ‘Democratic strongholds’ – this is false.

Consider:

Democrats flipped 13 seats in Virginia’s House of Delegates, including seven Republican safe seats held by Republicans for over 40 years.

In Pennsylvania, a red state, Democratic state supreme court justices won their retention races, in a state-wide election.

And in Mississippi, another red state, Democrats flipped two state senate seats.

In order to draw additional black majority seats due to court ordered redistricting. This is not a good example.

The rest, yes.

Even if it's true, they were just bragging last November how the country changed to all red this and red that, the town is red, let's paint the town red, red wine, red blood, red juice, red bottom shoes, etc. etc. etc., yada, yada, yada.

Now w/the strength and power of Zohran Mamdani he was the brick wall that these stupid motherfuckers slammed into head first!

Beginning the Blue Wave, and I'm here for it.

What happened to Minneapolis?

This is the first mid-term election that is not a mid-term election

A couple stray off year elections

Now democrats are claiming they are winners taking back washington d.c., democrats really have been getting their asses kicked.

Where the **** did you get the idea Pennsylvania is a red state???
They have a Democrat governor and a Democrat Senator, just for starters.

Sour grapes? Meh, we just pick up the pieces and move on. :dunno:

You vile people are acting more bat shit crazy than before last evening.

Even infighting among yourselves as it regards the shutdown.

Oh, and where did all that "leverage" you claimed you had go?

You are about to find out what FAFO really means.....I hope you have flights planned soon for some 1st hand experience with all that "leverage" you thought you had.

Generally, they were in blue cities & states were Democrats would be expected to win. Ho hum. What is also expected is Democrats portraying this to the DUPEES, as some kind of a turnaround.

Democratic Party died in 2024, and dead is dead. And why in the world would any body want it to be alive, with all their support for criminals, illegal aliens, LGBT lunacies, & billions going to foreign countries for goofball causes.
