A republican coup? Is this a conspiracy theory thread I've somehow stumbled on to?
They control a majority of the state houses in this country and more than likely, will control even more come the mid-terms (see the Colorado governor's woes as an example). Here in Oklahoma we've pretty much said 'adios' to Barry and his group of criminal thugs and like our neighbors to the south, have distanced ourselves from the policies which are leaving the more 'progressive' and liberal states in a complete mess. Take California... no, seriously, take California. Somewhere... anywhere... the same place you take New York. I'm starting to believe that we should back a referendum here that will put National Guard troops on the border to keep California immigrants from coming here and mucking up our state like they've screwed up theirs. How many billions is California in the red now?
I feel sorry for those people who believe that the federal government is the do-all, end-all. A good federal agency is one that is rarely heard and even less seen, unless its very, very necessary.
