The poll are listing the most popular governors.
Did anyone look at the ten least governors? Whoops?
Secondly, if a Republican is highly popular governor in a Blue State, you can bet he is a moderate. The most popular governor ever in Minnesota is a Republican and of course Minnesota is basically Blue. The most popular governor is Arnie Carlson, who has endorsed Democrares often. I doubt none of the GOP governors who are highly popular in Blue States would be conservative enough for today's GOP for the presidency. John Kascih, Tim Pawlenty and John Huntsman are recent examples.
