You continually prove everything you say about your job is a lie. What you are saying isn't how it works. I've spent my career in management/management consulting and entrepreneurship and I've owned five businesses.

That you think we promote and give raises to low performers based on "connections" shows clearly that you have no grasp of what a low performer you are. You are lazy and have a bad attitude and you justify every time another person moves past you it's just connections. Having a good attitude at work is completely different than sucking up to your boss.

In all the years I've been in management and all the people I fired, I only remember one person ever that I fired who had a good attitude. The girl was just so sweet, and was a complete air head. She couldn't stop making mistakes. Every other person I fired deserved to be fired for their attitude alone and their performance went with it.

For anyone reading this, that is the #1 tip I would give you to make you successful at work. Have a good attitude about your job, your co-workers, your manager. Care about your company. It's a virtual guarantee in my 30 years of management experience that you will be successful.

And here's the fundamental difference. Socialist systems pay no price for operating on connections over performance. Their customers are held captive with government guns.

If a private company operates the way you say, they go under. Or they hire an expert in management like me and pay me a boat load of money to help them fix it. And if they don't, then they go under.

The market fixes companies who don't behave. That's why capitalism works and socialism doesn't. And the thing you don't want to do is work.

Is it too much to ask for politicians to deliver in what they promised to do? This is a prime example of why we needed the Tea Party so desperately. It is time that we bury the Republican Party for good. True conservatives, libertarians, the Tea Party, etc. need to join the Constitution Party.

America has by far the best management capability in the world. It's hilarious given that I've on multiple occasions lived what you are talking about by working overseas in management for American companies. We sure the hell aren't learning to manage from them.

Third world countries do well because labor is cheap and they will work their hands to the bone to get ahead. Europeans are the laziest work force on the planet. And that's why they have gone into eternal economic stagnation mode.
