Again, the questions must be asked. Quid Pro Joe reversed the controls TRUMP! put on border security the first days of his regime, then he put Cackles in place to oversee border security, all without congressional involvement. NOW he's claiming he needs new laws from Congress to get control over border security.
1. Why does he need Congress now when he took actions 3 years ago completely on his own?
2. What has Cackles been doing all this time at the border that it is now in the condition such that Congress has to take control from the White House?
You desperately want to blame the border on Republicans because it's an effective campaign issue, but this is Quid Pro's bed to lie in.
That is EXACTLY what Quid Pro is going to do, and I would love to see him try to pin it on TRUMP! in a debate.
And why has the person he appointed to oversee border security done such a lousy job while suffering no consequences? In any normal circumstance, a person given that kind of responsibility is held accountable and loses their job for catastrophic failure.
