As of now, this countries decisions are NOT being made properly. Notice, I did not say the decisions were NOT proper, but rather, the method at which they are arrived at was never intended to be.

We see this nation as politically divided, and worse than ever. How can this be? Simple really...................because the President takes it upon himself to decide matters that congress should; and congress has no sexual organs, so they let him, then blame him. And why shouldn't congress, if all they want to do is get re-elected. They can point at Obama and blame him, say it is not our fault, and we like dummies vote them back into office. That is soooooo wrong.

Now I think Obamas policies stink to high heaven; but congress has a part in this, because they DID NOTHING. If the President is just going to do whatever he/she wants from here on, why do we need a congress?

If congress is going to create a 2 year budget with no debt ceiling, AND we have a President who does whatever he/she wants, then by logic, Obama know has control of the total wealth of the United States because there is no debt ceiling, and anything he wants, he can do by executive order. Does anyone disagree?

This is why congress favorability rating is soooooooo low. Lefties would try to convince you, it is because the people don't like their policies. WRONG!
