No, it's not. Because profit margins (where pricing would be affected) aren't known until the end of the fiscal year for most businesses and already take the income tax into account. Maybe payroll taxes are figured into it, but not income taxes.

Not the wages they have now, but lower ones because jobs have already been outsourced with the current prevailing wage. Which means a reduction in the standard of living and lower wages.
