(They need to pass a Fair Election Ballot Proposal... Any state that disenfranchises voters by taking a valid candidate off the ballot, their entire state's ballots will NOT be accepted in ANY Federal Election, period. Since they defrauded voters out of their votes, NONE of their ballots would be legal Federal ballots.)
